A minimum of 60 CREDITS is required for the MFA degree in IA Book & Paper Arts. FROM THE COLLEGE GRADUATE ACADEMIC POLICY HANDBOOK: Candidates for master's degrees and graduate certificates must present a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 (B) in graduate course work. No more than six credits of course work with a grade of 2.0 (C) may be applied toward a graduate degree or certificate. Courses with a grade lower than a 2.0 (C) are not applied toward the fulfillment of degree requirements: however, the grades are included in the calculation of the cumulative grade point average (GPA).
