FASH 205 Textiles Survey This course demonstrates the interrelationship between textiles and clothing design. It explores the importance of the textile industry to the fashion industry. Students acquire understanding of fibers, fabrics, manufacturing techniques, trends, definitions, and uses of textiles applied to both industries. Laws governing uses, liabilities, treatment, standards, and labeling are discussed.
